Brittany Hamann, PsyD, LPCC
Philosophy of Care:
“We are not meant to experience the world alone, yet we often expect ourselves to “work through” stressors like a solo mission. Therapy is a safe, confidential, and supportive way to learn and experience awareness of who you are as a beautiful and intelligent person. Therapy teaches us about ourselves and alternative ways to think, feel, and be that make sense to each of us as individuals. This has the capacity to promote lifelong change. I find it a deep and true honor to join people on their missions for change.”
