Philosophy of Care:

“Limited access to mental health services and stigma have created many barriers for our rural communities across Minnesota. My goal is to break down those barriers while providing safe and effective treatment options. Relationships are important to me, and I want to work with each of my patients to develop a treatment plan that is both feasible and effective for the individual needs of the patient. In my role, I want to provide education to each patient to ensure that each patient is comfortable with their treatment plan and understands how medications, environment, beliefs, and values influence overall well-being and quality of life. By working together, we can achieve personal growth and the overall quality of life in our rural communities!”
