InstaCare is a virtual platform that allows patients to schedule a 10-minute urgent care visit with one of AAH’s family practice providers. It is instant access for patients who have urgent care needs that can be assessed through a video visit. InstaCare provides easy and convenient care without having to leave your home.

Appointments are available during regular clinic hours, Monday through Friday 8am-5 pm and can be made through MyChart, the Appleton Area Health web site, or by calling the clinic at 320-289-1580.

Anyone can use InstaCare. A patient does not need to be established with Appleton Area Health to be seen.

To use InstaCare a patient must, at the time of appointment:

• Be in the state of Minnesota
• Have a mobile device that is capable of video
• Give consent for treatment
• Acknowledge that in some cases, a provider may not be able to provide treatment without having the patient physically seen the clinic or emergency department

InstaCare will not provide treatment for emergencies, severe pain, medication management, wellness visits, or chronic conditions. To schedule an in-person visit for any of these issues, please contact our clinic at 320-289-1580.
