Dr. Chase Osbon
Dr. Osbon believes patients deserve the care they need when they need it, and is committed to making sick visits a priority. He looks forward to being a physician patients can trust. Originally from Louisiana, he now resides with his family in Montevideo and is also the founder of Emergency Prime, a physician group providing emergency room coverage for rural hospitals.
Liz Charles, APRN-CNP, FNP, CNM
Liz is dedicated to providing holistic care combined with ongoing education to help people live their best lives. She values the opportunity rural healthcare gives her to truly know her patients, their stories, and to care for the whole family.
Lesa Thielke, APRN-CNP, FNP
With nursing experience in surgery, dialysis, long-term care, wound care, and the ER, she brings a wide range of knowledge to her role as a family nurse practitioner. Lesa is passionate about diabetes education and is committed to helping patients maintain their health through trusting relationships at every stage of life.
