The Appleton Area Health Services Medical Clinic is a family practice clinic staffed with three full-time providers and a nurse practitioner. Medical services are also provided by our excellent staff of LPNs and medical office assistants.

AAHS serves our patients by participation in multiple health plans. Please remember all insurance co-payments are due at the time of your office visit. We do accept credit cards.
